    PC games for 2 players?

does anyone know what games are out there that would allow me to play with two controllers?

my mate comes round mine sometimes and i just wanted something different from pro evo. like fighting or driving or anything else really.

i bought NFS: Carbon and was dissapointed to find out that you cant have a versus race on it only solo or online

there must be some games outhere that wouldnt require me to buy a console, i really cant be bothered lol as i got a pretty decent PC with PS2 pads

    thanks

    Emulators.

Worms World Party is good and doesn't even need a controller.

    serious sam?

generally speaking though, this is one thing the "pc si teh ubarwinzar" crowd ignores, since playing against anonymous people online is much better than having mates round for beer

ToCA Race Driver 2 supports split screen two player. It's a great game anyway if you're into racing. Not too sim heavy, like GTR, GTL etc. (Awesome games, but sometimes you want something a little less serious) and it has lots of racing styles.

I don't know of any reliable ps2 emulators, but nintendo 64 and dreamcast one's are quite good

The LOTR series all have pretty good co-op modes.

I know Full Spectrum Warrior has a Co-op mode although I'm not sure if you can both share one PC.

I can recommend Amiga, Genesis & SNES emulators but do your homework as some are a bit unreliable.

    Top choice - great fun.

Toca 2 used to be split screen, don't know about the newer ones.
