    Homeworld

Never played it before. I enjoy RTS titles, but havent seriously played any since Red Alert.

I was considering buying Homeworld 2, but homeworld is only a fiver from play, so I may try that. First let me ask...

    Is it a good game?
Is it too hard for a crappy RTS player like me?
    Will it run under XP?
    Are the graphics too dated?

    Cheers

    BUY IT NOW!

Its a fantastic game! Did exactly the same thing and picked it up for a fiver. Many endless nights of gameplay followed, including some frantic Lan action! Runs on XP and the graphics are still gorgeus!

Another £5 title to get yourself is Battlezone (even Battlezone 2 if you can get that for a £5'er)

The GFX are still stunning for now ... the game is GREAT fun, one of the few strategy type games I really loved!

I have hte original boxed version (V1.0) and runs fine in XP!

I would definitely recommend Homeworld. Got this ages ago but it was quality. Cannot remember if it works under XP, pretty sure it did though. Got Battlezone II recently, this game rocks. For BZ II make sure you download the latest patch because without it the AI is a bit limp and rather un-aggressive.
