Quick question about FF steering wheels

Does the Force Feedback in these wheels allow for adjustment in turning strength, or is it just for things like bumps etc?

I use a DFP for Live for Speed, both the logitech drivers and the game allow FF to be varied. I've found a setting that gives me an appreciable variance in different car feels, and a good idea of what's happening with the wheels over bumps, rumble strips and losing grip.
The logitech drivers have adjustments for spring, damper and centring effects which some games use, LFS doesn't so I've zeroed them.
