Mine is EgoSoft's X3 Terran Conflict. I have been adicted to earlier episodes in the series and, no doubt, will waste hours on subsequent games.
Runescape for me.
Not directly a game, but i have been putting a lot of hours into skyrims creation kit recently. 170 hours in skyrim and probably more in the creation kit.
bit of a thread resurrection here, but as it is, Bejeweled Blitz on facebook :)
Based on playtime racked up, it's Fallout New Vegas, 278 hours played so far, my next closest is Skyrim at 110 hours and Civ 5 a distant third at 58 hours (though this was only bought last month)
Still CoD4 for me, still put a decent amount of hours into it.
probably wow I'm ashamed to admit
this month, the most addictive game is Sol Survivor which I'm struggling to get away from ;)
but normally I'd say CoD W@W online.. which is fab and has been for 3 years
Couter Strike: Source for me I think. I must have around 1500 hours on that, maybe more.

Css and LoL. I've been playing them a lot recently!
I'm currently clocking over 3000 hours played on left 4 dead 1, it is by far the most addictive game I've ever played.
Left 4 Dead 2 ftw... spent my life time on it already... holly sh*t.. wait.. 900 hours on it...
