no, the comments are pretty much right, the blogger himself is a racist nutjob with nothing much to say but an easy way to say it

what i gathered from it is:

1. zombies are white and only white, black zombies are somehow terribly wrong and makes him feel bad. oh noes! perhaps he only played the other res games to shoot old whitey!
2. some kind of stereotype? but from what i can see they are certainly wearing clothing similar to what is shown on tv documentaries.
3. africa does good stuff - this is a resident evil game, resident evil is not about upturn in the economy or better standards of living. its about shooting reanimated corpses before they get you in the neck
