I wouldn't worry about the video too much, it's almost certainly on pc with the skills edited to 99 all the way down.
Some real advice, well thats simple.
Don't pull your center backs out of position chasing players.
You will need attackers that will suit your style of play, if you like to attack down the flacks your gonna need a team/players to do it, so you'll want good wingers and strikers that are good in the air.
If you attack through the middle you'll want great passers in CM with quike and agile strikers.
Other than that practice!
P.S. PES6 is easier to defend on the pc version as your center backs don't wonder off to the side as much!![]()
I play PES every day on the PC but still can't get the tackling right. How do you guys actually tackle? Slide tackle? X? A? Hold it? Press it when you want to tackle?
I have trouble aswell, what i do is try and keep the players standing and use the 'foot in' challenge as much as posible.
Sliding is too hit and miss with different players sliding different amounts.
I only slide when it's a sure thing or an opponent hits spint while facing my defender.
I also try to avoid sliding in the box, with some of the silly fouls given it's not worth it. Sometimes aim to slide accross in front of a player if there about to shoot, but genrally keep vertical as much as possible.
