Combat Flight Sim - PC Recommendation

I asked this a while ago and got a limited response.

I'm looking for a good flight sim, combat related, something like F14-Tomcat but a modern version.

I'd entertain plane or helicopter, but there appears to be no modern flight sims around these days.

look forward to some interesting options from you.

Lock-on Modern Air Combat? (LOMAC). Lots of planes, good graphics.

Falcon 4: Allied Force. One plane, best realism out there.

LOMAC is the way to go. Just make sure you get the gold version - because it includes the expansion pack.

The propellor ones BUFF mentioned are all really popular too. Although, I've only played the modern jet sims, and of all those, LOMAC is the best I think.
