    MEDION PC @ TESCO

Well i know aldi and various other stores sell medion pc's, but i've now seen tesco selling this http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.200-4349.aspx

i know 2 friends that have medion pcs, one come with a nvidia6700 that you had to find special drivers for, the normal nforce drivers didnt work and since he has put a 7600gt in and it runs all the games perfect!!!
So my questions are these... what do you think of these pc's epecially this new 1 in tesco's?? seems like a good price??. It should be able to run all the new games without too much worry??? Even though it is vista and i know an 8500gt isnt the fastest dx10 card, could you still run the system as dx9?? i think the 8500 might run better at dx9 than dx10 is it still possible on vista???

Sorry its a mish-mash of questions but i'm sort of thinking of them as i write

    thx all

    Re: MEDION PC @ TESCO

These got a decent review in the latest PC Plus mag (performance for the price).

Not the greatest components, and no case cooling - but if you don't care about these things, looks like a good deal.
