    WGA in Games

Do any games to date require WGA to activate them? I'm thinking in particular about MS Flight Simulator X and BioShock.
I'm not looking to hack or bypass anything and my copies of Windows are all legitimate. I just have my own reasons for not allowing it on my systems.
I bought FSX today after asking if the program contained WGA. I can return it if it has but thought I wouldn't bother opening the package if I could find out for certain that it does.
... I use now a big vent for the whole machine now, but I cant use it forever, it is my grandma's ventilator...

MS Flight Simulator X = no
BioShock has its own copy protection.

Thats what you get for buying your games these days

    Re: WGA in Games

    Thank you.
I've installed all 15Gb (!!!) of FSX and no WGA.
I'm not bothered about copy protection. I do like to be able to run my games without the disk being in the drive though. I've had a few disks die too and they couldn't be duplicated for backups. I definitely don't want my games phoning home.
It's been said before but what's the point? The pirates will break the protection. All WGA does is send everyone else looking for hacked versions that don't need verification and can be backed up.
