    linux gaming and wine emulation

I have recently joined the linux revolution and got into opensuse 10.3 and so far im very impressed. It took me a few attempts / days to figure out my way around and how things work, but ive been on it for 2 weeks now, configured a wireless card nvidia card got Beryl-compiz working and desktop widgets and I have all office and open software I could need at the touch of a button it really is a nice piece of kit.

The only major lack is game support and some 3rd party drivers. I was wondering if anyone else plays on linux and knows much about windows emulation using the wine software.

I really want a list of games that play decent on this system, preferably counterstrike / steam as thats really all I ever played and ever need.

i recommend people take the dive into linux, not had a single crash yet and the gfx with a 8800 are stunning.

steam will require you to get ahold of tahoma.ttf from somewhere & stick it in your ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/fonts/ folder

install msi files with "msiexec /i someinstaller.msi"
