i think demos nowadays dont allow you to tinker with advanced gfx features, but in 10 mins i shall be playing too!

Definitely the right settings and applied, still states 1680x1050 in options and the menu interface is running at the correct res

I had that too, but I changed my sensitivity to 10

all i gotta say IS wow. this game runs ALOT better then bioshock. im running the game at mid settings on 1680x res and im getting 20-35avg fps.. yes it looks low BUT the game is very fast and smooth. great job, this Unreal engine is WELL optimised. even on mid the game looks nearly has good has gears of wow.

my pc is p4 northwood 3.2ghz, 2gb and a 7800gt agp card you can see that my pc is nearly 4 years old except the gfx card which is 2. that will give you an idea of how well ut3 is optimised

i can tell you its a lot faster than crysis on full

Crysis - 1280 x 1024 High: 35 fps

UT3 - 1280 x 1024 High: 62 fps from my screenie
