    Re: UT3 Demo Out!

Does anyone know of a way to get it to install the Aegya physics engine thing to a different drive? For some stupid reason the installer asks where to install the game and then just tries to installed that on the C:\... :@

    Re: UT3 Demo Out!

Well I've just installed it and I'm pretty impressed so far

FINALLY intro videos that can all be quickly skipped through with a few clicks of the mouse

The graphics are lovely (from what I can see on this fairly dark, bland level anyway!), I'm averaging at least 40FPS with everything maxed at 1280x1024

    Loading times are impressive

The game itself does seem a teeny bit like the same old same old, but I will buy it and it should provide plentiful mindless fun As a lover of UT99 it looks like it's going back to it's roots slightly

Only problems are mouse lag, although not as bad as in Bioshock (Same engine though isn't it? ) And...

Am I the only one who isn't getting surround sound? I have tried it with OpenAL on and off, but I get bugger all out of me back speakers, only the front three

Oh and yes, just type gobbeldygook in the email address box, that's what I did

that outdoor, Chinese style level is just amazing...

I got whooped online but after 5 games got about 5 kills before the 20 kill target was hit.

Fast, smooth, looks like a million dollars on my X1900 XT

Do you have any other games that might have it? I know Two Worlds comes with that engine, although it might be a different version. If not, you might be able to download it from somewhere else, or maybe just find a way to solve the problem.
