UT3 Demo Out!

Yeah the texture loading is the same on Gears of War to.

Uhm...yeah,they're both made by Epic on the UE3 so you might think they have something in common

I for one like the game but require something more impressive in order to tempt me buying it since I'm quite literally in three between this game ,the Orange box and Crysis.
Does anyone else think we could have done better with an assault rifle rather than those useless but totally gangsta' & cool dual enforcers?

Its actually a *Beta* demo (I think). So it might not be the actual demo. Maybe it is though. But they might release another proper demo soon with some improvements. (And maybe some of the other modes?!)

It's so well optimized, I can run everything full at 1680x1050.

I'd forgotten how much fun UT was, I might have to reinstall 2004 later.

I've got some wierd mouse situations tho, where i'm running along smooth as you like, next second i'm looking vertically up or down and get completely confused be it.

The number of times GR44 came along and found me in this state was silly the first couple of games.

Was playing some TDM on the ShangriLa map, 32 people it was frigging crazy, literally as soo as you spawned you died.

Some guy managed to get dominating o.O, but i locked 3 rockets to his ass

Managed to finish last once with -2 kills Killing yourself isnt a good idea.

managed to finish as high as 3rd on my team, 2 points of 2nd, and 4 from first. I'm defiantly improving

This game is pure brilliance, it runs so smoothly and looks so good, as previously stated. It just screams "well designed" and "buy me" I even drooled at the menu screen its that well made.

Unfortunately anything above 1152 for me makes it hard to play when your in battle, I can run about and stuff, but as soon as you start firing and what not, I cant play.
