COD4 Keyboard setup

I am left handed (all the best people are) when I play FPS, mouse in left hand and I use the arrow keys for movement and the keys surrounding for all other functions .

Until now , in Call of Duty 4 I cannot bind any key to the numpad, so there for I am having to stretch my wee fingers so that I can play the game. Downside it is making me slower so therefor I am dying a lot.

Is there a a game pad that I could use or is there a way to bind functions to the numpad been looking at

Moved by me cos it'll get more responses in here.

And from experience there's LOADS of game pads... Saitek do one, Wolfking to a one, Belkin even do one... all of them pretty much right or left handed.
