Well, it's been a while since anyone on here has mentioned OGame, but lately it seems to be picking up. They released a new uni on .org yesterday (uni 37) which I started on as soon as it came up, purely because I was getting fed up of getting nowhere on such an old uni (previously on 25, though still playing there and trying to recover from yet another bashing) and realising I would never get anywhere as people only 2-300 ranks above me had fleets with hundreds, if not thousands, of powerful ships and so many defences I wouldn't be able to break through them.

So, started afresh, been quite good so far, have managed to stay in the top 20 or so so far (currently 4th), but to be honest, the rankings have been up and down so much they're very unreliable for now. I have received about 50 messages from people asking me to join their Alliance so far, there seems to be hundreds of them, all wanting to be the best (lol), but so far am waiting it out to see what would be my best option.
