Thumbs down Gears of war for pc, a joke?

Well i loved this game on 360 and i sold my console when i was building my new comp. Decided ill buy this as it was only £16 @ pcworld. After the long time install it started and i cant use my old 360 useraccount, wont log me in and when it tries it comes up with saying there is an update(like the 360) and so i update that.... it closes the game eventually and opens asus's bios updater, its trying to update the bloody bios when its ment to be updating the game..... how crap can you get at porting a game? i dont even have the asus thing installed .

Anyone care to give me some tips? this is pissing me off so much now.

can anyone clarify if you can use your xbox live gamertag on this as I thought that was the whole point of having PC games with live access

the big draw of gears for the PC for me is it DOES support co-op and it looks very pretty at a proper resolution
