    Old Lawnmower Game

I'm trying to remember the name of an old game... unfortunately, I can barely remember anything about it!

I'm fairly sure it was on the Sega Mega Drive, was quite frantic, and involved wandering around with lawnmowers... err, that's all about I can remember. Of course, I don't think there were that many games on the Mega Drive that involved lawnmowers, so hopefully somebody can remember something similar!

    Thanks

    Mike

    Re: Old Lawnmower Game

is it anything like the minigame on DS (cant think which game could have been gamecube) where you just wander round cutting grass to try and get the biggest pile?

(it might have been on marioparty on gamecube)

    is it anything like that??

I assume you're reffering to the "joke" game bundled on the front of one the spectrum mags back in the day?

If so you should be ashamed of yourself just for mentioning it...

Although I have to admit, it was the first thing I thought of as well...

Don't think so - it was more "mow the evil plants" than "mow Grandad's lawn".

Thanks for the suggestions, but I don't think any of them are what I'm thinking of.

    Re: Old Lawnmower Game

I remember buying Hover Bover at a show in London, getting home and the tape was broke Damn I'm old

Was a good game from what I can remember. I make a point of not playing any old games anymore, as it seems to ruin the memories.

I've just installed the Crystal Maze again... and rediscovered how addictive it is. Not helpful when you've got a load of work to do!

Possibly - I'll have to take a proper look when I have a bit more time.

My first thought. I had the game but it annoyed me with its constant "English Country Garden" soundtrack.

    Re: Old Lawnmower Game

I just wanted to thank you for making me feel not quite so old! I remember Hovver Bovver and that damn music...I think I had it on my Atari though...but lets not get into any Atari versus Commodore discussions ;-).
