Default PC gamepads

I'm on the hunt for a pc gamepad, to play with various games such as pro evo etc, budget is upto £20, but ideally under £15, so nothing fancy, just want something that is good and will work with games.

Currently on shortlist are:

1) Xbox 360 pc gamepad
2) Saitek P2600

are those any good? any recommendations?

The xbox one is very good, I have 2 for pro evo
Works brilliantly with car games too, but I have only tried dirt with it...
Haven't tried it on any other games though...

I use a Saitek P2600. It's a great controller

I'll second for the MS 360 controller - I have the wired one and works a treat. I use it for driving games (Grid for example) and its the best I've had so far (had Saitek and Madkatz before).

Another for the 360 pad. Its comfortable, and also, with the amount of console ports that are coming to the PC, you are more likely to have out of the box integration of the 360 pad with the controls. For example, just played Race Driver GRID, and all the buttons are setup the way they are meant to be... Just saves you even configuring what you want each button/trigger to do...

360 pad. Can't beat it - got the wireless one last week and it's really comfy.
