    Counter Strike Source

    Ok i have a 1.2 ghz dual core.(2.4) I can play cs though i have not got a gfx card. Is that a problem to play css? Im a bit new to this so direct 7. Can that be supported with onboard that plays cs?


    Please help my friend wants me to buy it and so do i

    the source engine is capable of running on directx7-grade hardware, though it's largely unplayable on anythign other than an nvidia or ati chip, or modern (newer than gma900) intel chip

    I would recommend to get a graphics card. Even if you onboard reaches the minimum requirements it won't run it well. You can buy a 8600GTS 256mb card for around £45 these days.
