System shock. wonderfully creapy atmosphere and a wonderfully scripted enemy would make for a fantastic enemy
Monkey Island
Grim Fandango
Final Fantasy 7 (exactly same storyline as the game!)
Well Max payne is getting made atm
Monkey island could be interesting. Lechuck and guybrush would be great on the big screen
Maybe Metroid as a character on the big screen would work.
the warcraft universe is pretty rich and films based in there would make a mint imo
Ive herd also they're making a world of warcraft film aswell, should be pretty cool if your into the WOW thing...![]()
I know Mass Effect was pretty much a film in itself anyway... but to see that story unfold in a full motion picture I reckon would be a very entertaining 2 hours.

I thought they already did a Monkey Island film.....
Pirates of the Caribean I think it (and the sequels) were called.
There are just too many similarities between the game and film when you sit and think about it.

GTA would be good.
I think there is a fantastic backstory to EVE online, the EVE Gate collapsing and stranding people millions of light years from earth.

I think Mafia would make a good film. Yeah we have the Godfather films, but showing a more indepth view into a taxi driver working his way up the ranks would be excellent.
Also The Witcher, yeah it is pretty cinematic already but it would be cool seeing a demon slayer onscreen
Clive Barker's Undying... fairly old, and little known game. Its more because I'm a Clive Barker fan. I think the only person who comes close with surreal horror fantasy these days, as a director, is Guillermo del Toro. I'd love to see those to work on something together, Clive writing and del toro directing.
They could also possibly do something decent with Jerhico. Yeah the game sucked and I thought it got boring quickly. But the concept for a movie could work really well.
Main thing with Clive Barkers stuff is making sure he is there on set giving direction to his vision. Hellraiser 1 & 2 were fantastic but he had nothing to really do with 3 and it was terrible.
I'm a Clive Barker fan also, just reading Abarat at the minute
