the only thing i did map was windows explorer so i could control the mouse with the 360 pad
edit: forget that ^^^ there isn't a premapped profile for Turok
list of premapped HERE
edit2: and the major problem with pinnacle is it's not free![]()

ah i did that with some free app before... is their many profiles as i started playing condemned and love it but the built in controller support was shocking and i uninstalled it... I'd love to have played it with my controller.the same with mass effect etc yeah i know i could be playing it in high def on a glossy 37"HDTV in my home on my 360 but i love the freedom of taking the laptop anywhere as i'm traveling quite alot ATM and just being able to break of some gaming with the 360 pad.

yup yup yup, theres a 30 day trial that you can use. i'm currently in the process of trying to find a free version that works just as wellbut pinnacle's only about £10 IIRC so it's not too bad...
and mediaboy, it is very good for games on the PCand other random things aswell.
just grap a cheap 360 controller (download drivers from M$'s website) cos you can often find standard 360 controllers cheaper... and they are exactly the same as the games for windows ones, the GFW's just come with an out of date driver cd...
it was nice having a wireless controller hooked up to my PC but i sold it to my brother with my 360so i just have his wired one now

urgh its being a pain in the arse for far cry.updated it trying each patch now on 1.4...
hmmm. going to try 64bit is there a 64 for intel now or will the amd work?
well annoying i keep getting into it then it laggs then comes back and it isn't my graphic settings:@
controls are alright bit dodgy response but yer could be this issue with the game. I can't wait to try mass effect with it in the morning... and digg out MOHAA and try that ooo yeah.that'd be well niceas i never finished it...

Anywho, I don't know if the game had built in support for any other controllers so I'm glad you found a use for my profile. Razz
that was on a thread for a pinnacle setup for turok...

your right!!!
you just reminded me...
it's even in my bookmarks
i'll give it a try and see what it's like
edit: it's called xpadder
edit2: it's nice and easy to use and VERY quick to setup
gets a 5/10 from teh Pandi, mouse movement is a bit sluggish... and pinnacle is a better program overall (which is to be expected TBH)
