    Does it actually help you lose weight?

    Yes and no.

    All exercise helps you lose weight, all you have to do is make sure your calorie use excedes your calorie intake... Whether Wii Fit is a good way to do that depends on you.

    Well agree with the above, but all I can say is part of a reduced calorie diet and daily Wii Fit usage - I have gone from 12st 13lbs to 12st 5 lbs in a little over 3 weeks.

    i dont actually need to lose weight im only 8st i just wanted to see, cos it is fun but i dont want to lose anything.

    I think it's a superb way to lose weight. All that running around the High Street trying to find a store that's actually got one. By the time you succeed, you'd be a shadow of your former self .... not to mention quite a bit older.

    Of course, internet-happy couch potatoes that order online will get ...erm ... less benefit.
