Whenever I try to connect to a server on any steam game I get the same problem...
SERVER NOT RESPONDING.
I've no firewall, i've opened my router up, I've trying command line connections...
Any ideas on a fix?

who's your isp i used to get same issue with tiscali.
turned out they were blocking ports that torrents use during peak hours and some steam ports fell into that category iirc (that was around 4 years ago)
edit : just seen you with throttle central (aka Virgin) if noone comes up with a better idea phone up there customer ervice and see if they have blocked some of your ports, i hear there customer service is superb![]()
