    Connection Probs wit CSS

sup guys, (ive not got alot of network skillz :O)

css had been working fine until i got a 20mb business line installed in like 3 days ago. When i try to connect to a server 3 things can happen, no servers are displayed, it gets stuck on parsing info or somet and sometimes i get into the server and then my ping will shoot up to about 120 and i just freeze.

At first i thought it was the new modem they gave me (virgin media) which i have connected to a netgear wgt624v3 router but even directly plugged into the pc the servers dont work, i really dont understand why because why i plug my old 2mb modem in css seems to work.

i have read in some place that u need to enable dmz and other places say u need to disable it, i dont even no wat that is or how to do it so im even more confused i have also read about getting a static ip but as i said im a retard and dont no how

would b really grateful if someone could point me in the right direction as i cant just simply stop playing css

    many thanks
my router is fully upgraded with new firmware and it only happens on css but other games work PLLZZZZ HELP :S

i get this error message mode MP, dedicated No, ports 27015 SV / 27005 CL
