    Fall Out 3

So whats the thinking on this one, fork out the cash now or wait a few months for the BUG fix to get sorted. After Stalker ClearSky major problems and FarCry 2 issues plus a few others titles, i am not to sure about buying new games, it been poor year so far. The best bet would be to forget about new games until after xmas, with the way it has all been going . But it looks very temping from the reviews.

    Re: Fall Out 3

Just ordered mine (360) from Gameplay.

After failing to get in to Mass Effect and Fable II I'm determined to find an RPG on the 360 that I can actually enjoy.

    Re: Fall Out 3

Man I'm dying to play this game since I've played Fallout 1 & 2 a million times. Though I'm not expecting too much since I hated oblivion and from the screenshots I've seen, there are many similar oblivion-ish features.

Nice graphics but crappy gameplay just don't cut it for me.

It won't if your expectations are sky high. It will if your expectations are realistic. It'll blow them away if your expectations are based on the ravings of a fallout fanboy who's decided that allowing you to see a Fallout universe in first person is something more idiotic than standing on top of a tall mountain in a copper bowl of water and shouting insults at the god of lightning.

    Re: Fall Out 3

Well I've never played a Fallout game, nor Oblivion, so I've got nothing to compare it to.

I just want it to be interesting, fun, and have no glaring, stupid issues, such as the lack of a world map in Fable II.

    Re: Fall Out 3

Ok i am going to order it. It going to have bugs any ways but Bethesda's Elder Scrolls 4 had few when it came out but it did not cause any problems with game play and Bethesda have a good Rep unlike some of the other outfits.

I also picked up Civilization IV: Colonization, loved this game when it first game out wiped out so many weekends.

    Re: Fall Out 3

Its way beyond would have been nice... not having one is very probably the single most stupid choice I've ever seen taken in a video game.

Fantasy RPG with no world map?

Kills the game stone dead, for me.
