As for joystick, I have a few - I use an XFX ps2 style pad for general games, and I am looking at getting a decent joystick for flighty style games ( if I can get off the floor in IL-2 )

Logitech Cordless Optical Desktop mouse with an IceMat and Logitech Cordless Desktop keyboard are my main gaming equipment. The mouse is lovely, sometimes a little innacurate but otherwise nice and smooth, especially with the IceMat.
I have a SideWinder Pro gamepad which doesn't get used much, mainly for racing games. I plan to buy a Logitech wheel at some point, and maybe a joystick.
The only other gaming device I have and rate are my speakers which absolutely pwn. And my graphics card

Trying to decide if a Boomslang/Icemat are worth the money.
Also wondering whether FF steering wheel for around £80.00 is a good investment.
And ditto with Joystick - are they worth it? I've never used one, Only flight sim I play is Secret Weapons Over Normandy.
Where'd ya get it from Directhex, my brother has 3 gamecube joypads for his console but uses an old Sidewinder gamepad for his PCOriginally Posted by directhex
bout the only device i use mostly (apart from the usual suspects) is a steering wheel.
The Saitek R440 FF - not quite as sturdy as a Logitech or Sidewinder, but it has a tiny footprint and fits on my desk with ease. Also the pedals never slip because of their 'hinged at the top' design. Really cool and a must if youre into your driving games
