    Fallout 3: Take it Back!

Just wondering if this mission was fixed, after playing through the 360, once you did this mission the game ended, however i'm sure i read they were going to change this with an update.

I'm about to go and buy the PC version and wondering if/when i get to this mission will the game end again?

I know there is a patch out for the PC version, i wonder if its been changed in this patch, and if in fact i can do the mission and still explore the rest of the game.

Fallout 3 was the dullest game I played in 2008, don't know why but i found so boring, couldn't wait to finish it, infact I ended up cheating just to finish and see the ending which was crap.

I bought it, played for about 2hrs and removed it from my PS3 and sold it! The disk was in my machine once only.....certainly not my type of game, no idea why I bought it really.

IIRC no, they haven't changed it and I don't think they are going to until the next DLC which isn't released for another couple of months (Possibly longer)

You can mod this yourself using the free toolset, or probably download a mod that does the same. But that's how the game is meant to end, unless you get the Broken Steel DLC, which will change it.

I hear that Broken Steel is out in April, guess my 2 options are either mod it, or just don't complete the last mission until i'm bored of exploring

Re: Fallout 3: Take it Back!

I completed it, put the latest patch on it and now I have no option to play from a save game.

I really can't be bothered to do it all again, I'm actually quite upset about it.

I don't know, the option to continue is just greyed out.

Re: Fallout 3: Take it Back!

My save game was fine after the patch. 360 version though, don't know if that makes an difference?

As for the game not ending, I've just made a save before finishing the last mission and carried no playing from there once I has finished the game.
