    Black Shark

Anyone been playing this amazing looking helicopter sim? This game looks to have really shaped up to be something really special although only a couple of reviews seem to exist at this time. Was very tempted to purchase it but sadly it uses star force as its copy protection and I really dont belive that I need to be installing Malware on my computer so have put off purchasing it yet.

Not heard of it personally, but then helicopter sim's don't really interest me. I would suggest unless its marketed for the masses it won't get those shining mainstream reviews.

    Re: Black Shark

It looked good, when I first saw it some 2-3 years ago, I like helicopter sims, but I just haven't gotten round to getting this.

I think it was developed by the people who made Lock-on, if not, then I know it utilises the same game engine as Lock-on

    Re: Black Shark

This is a link to the only mainstream review I have seen so far http://uk.pc.ign.com/articles/945/945520p1.html . BEANFRo is right in that it is made by the same people as lock-on and yeah Yosh its not really a mass market game, I would say that the level of development behind this game is also beyond what you would expect to find in the majority if not all the game releases we get these days.
