Tell me about it. They really need to put some clearer disclaimers in there about how when they advertise a product as free all weekend they don't necessarily mean you'll be able to get it.

been stuck on 99% since yesterday
I just get Download starting... then a few KB will come though, then back to Download starting...

I've tried switching download locations and deleting ClientRegistry.blob, but nothing has worked so far

The Thailand trick worked for me, finished downloading overnight.
The countdown timer thing is gone now though for some reason, it just shows up on my list like a normal game. (I haven't bought this)
Is it like that for everyone?

Oh for crying out loud.

I had the same thing as you merple. But then the downloading stopped at 80% or so, said 'pre-load complete'. Okay.. so I start the game.. and it just takes me to the shop page.

IE, after all that, they've cancelled the trial early.

Oh FFS, same problem here too
Now it says Pre-load complete then changes to Downloading 99% again. But if I right-click on it, no option to launch the game any more, only purchase.

I already had the retail version which I activated on steam using my serial and had no trouble whatsoever downloading UT3 and the titan update. Took less that 4 hours.

Over the weekend or just now? The steam servers were going SOOOOO slow because of the free UT3 weekend but since thats gone it's all speedy again!

Rather than start a new thread I Thought I would ask in here:

Ive just installed the retail UT3 and I wanted to know:
Can I just download the titan pack (all 1gb of it) and be done with it, or do I have to get all the increments prior to this?

I was thinking of adding it to steam, but I want to know what it downloads (hence manual download), and have a place to keep/backup the update so I can install it again after I format.
