Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines Companion Mod

I have to say this looks complete and utter total genius. I hope it works OK. Not tried it yet but I can hardly wait to.

Re: Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines Companion Mod

I've had chance to start playing this now. Very impressed for the most part. It feels very well integrated into the game. There have been a few glitches. My followers have an amusing tendancy to immerse themselves in scenery or turn slightly transparent.

In terms of affecting the plot, I see it as the ultimate Ventrue mod. It makes perfect sense that this power-hungry clan would gain some recruits along the way. I'm taking a Ventrue vamp through it anyway. The ability to 'posess' companions sits very well with the dominate discipline.

I've been particularly impressed with the way you can use companions abilities to your advantage. So far this has only extended as far as using prostitute companions for seduction of NPCs and a little lock-picking.

Re: Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines Companion Mod

Think I might reinstall this and add some of the community stuff, never finished it. Done the haunted house bit and my save corrupted and didn't bother starting again.

This seems really pervvy. Putting them in different poses. Although, I had hours of fun spinning the model of the lady Malkavian on the character screen just so I could see her boobies wobble. They got that so right.

Re: Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines Companion Mod

I've completed bloodlines with all but the Gangrel.

The pen and paper mod is quite good but a little unbalanced for some of the clans, worth a go if you like the idea of things like persistant fortitude (i.e. makes the skill a passive ability). The mod adds a few clans as well.
