cs is still being played, i occasionally get together with some friends and find pcws on irc
no problem finding games
I'm looking forward to the next iteration of CS - supposedly when they bring out HL3.

CSS doesn't cost £30...
CSS is a perfect reiteration of a classic.

Team deathmatch with instant respawn so you don't have to wait for the round to finish. Not a map though for those that hate AWP.
