Anyone else tried the demo? I've got to say, I was half expecting a poor cash in game, yet the demo showed me! Love the depth and attempt at realism. Will defo be buying it

Would have liked another 2 fighters, say lightweights to see how the submission really worked but will probably get it anyway

Yeh its quite good, i think the actual hits from punches/kicks etc needs editing as it doesnt seem fluid enough but its mostly good. Alot of commands though and getting out of submissions and getting and armbar etc i keep forgetting how todo it >.<.

rotate the right stick for finesse escape

or hit the punch buttons etc

Yeh i kinda just spin the right stick in any direction hoping , for actually making a submission i havent a clue and the "training" is just so slow and long waiting to get to that part.

push in the right stick, just do the submission one

TBH unless submissions are easier to do with other fighters ground + pound will win every time I think

played it again today and in 3 fights in a row Rua was out cold in under a minute, first one was 33 seconds!!

Yeah, I downloaded the demo for the PS3 and played it a few times. I like the way they have actually done the controls on it. Very intuitave everything being controlled via holds, distances etc and just setting the main buttons out for left and right attacks.

Think I will be getting it when it comes out.

im really looking forward to this after doing brazilian jiu jitsu and kungfu - the xbox version doesnt hurt as much XD

i`ve got the demo set up to download atm

I`m loving the xbox live website. means I can sort out demo downloads and friend lists from work without the need to be at my Xbox

i think the demo captures my favourite sport almost perfectly and its already preordered.

yeah there are a few things that can be tweaked but to capture such and unpredictable sport in that way is just spot on

gave the demo a quick blast before work today.

The graphics are pretty good and It does seem as though it could be a lot of fun will wait till its released and maybe buy it
