    fps_max cs:s

    Hello, I would like to know what would be my exact fps_max goes perfectly with my graphics card: Nvidia GeForce 6 series MSI NX6200AX 256 MB and my screen: Yusmart 198EP69 19" LCD (TFT) 60Hz, and my game resolution: 800x600, if it can help

    more info would be needed like memory operating system cpu overclock etc.


    why dont you just run the stress test in css and find a setting that gives around 40-60fps

    my connection: I am in WiFi (802.11g PCI WiFi) Wireless, the brand Hercules

    I have 1 gigabyte of memory

    My processor: AMD Athlon XP 2200+ 1.79 GHz

    Fps max should be the same as your cmd and update rate

    if you are not getting 100 fps then don't use 100 100 I would say update and cmd both 66 and FOS max 66

    alot of servers these days will autokick you if you change your rates from the standards. to stop people ghosting

    put fps_max number 1 above your refresh, put Vsync off, max_prerender frames 1 or 0 (in drivers)

    also for LCDs you should use the optimal resolution and not force a select res, picture quality will be impaired.
