(presume there is a steam-free version of goo, hence redundant post, unless there isn't, in which case wog isn't drm free )
EDIT new one:
Neverwinter Nights 2 as of latest patch. Game installs with DRM, patch removes.

Company of Heroes and OF via a patch as well as UT2004 (again via patch). Dawn of War too I think
If I remember rightly, the PC version of Prototype doesn't have any form of DRM - doesn't even need the CD inserting while playing.
Edit: What was the situation on Command and Conquers First Decade cd, too? Last I remember, some of the games would run with the FD disc, while others needed the specific game CD.

One correction to a previous post - Galactic Civilisations 2 should not be considered DRM-free since any patches you apply (after 1.0X) require online activation, with all the issues that entails. This applies to other Stardock games also.
Genuinely DRM-free games are offered by:
Shrapnel Games (Dominions 3 plus various wargames)
Basilisk Games (Eschalon CRPG)
Spiderweb Software (Geneforge and Avernum RPGs - note that only CD purchases are DRM-free, downloads are locked to a specific PC)
The adventure game Rhiannon - Curse of the Four Branches (£7.99 + £1.85 shipping via Amazon Marketplace) is a recent DRM-free release (if you liked The Longest Journey, then this will probably appeal).

Bioshock 2 - Oh wait...
Trine comes with 'copy-protection' though this is removed by patch 1.06..
Apparently, (I'm having trouble confirming it) STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl shipped with SecuROM but this was removed in version 1.004, though it may still have a disk check...

This is actually a list of games including SecuROM v7 BUT titles that are crossed through indicate games that have had the SecuROM patched out. It also gives the patch version required.
I echo Kalniel's call for a definition of what we are treating as DRM here... A disk check? Having to enter in a cd-key? Anything more than simply putting the game in and installing it? Some people might consider Steam to be DRM...
Speaking of Trine I bought it not long ago from D2D with no DRM included, no patch required.
