    Vampire the Masquerade: Redemption

Dusted off my copy of this and installed it on windows 7... works a treat and supports widescreen

I'm still in prague, upto the point where you clear out the tremere chantry.

Anyone else got this? It works fine under vista/7 but you cannot overwrite saved games, this is easily fixed by running it "as administrator".

I've also been messing with some of the mods as well, there is a nice mod called "Age of Redemption" that allows you to play through the single player campaign in multiplayer, which gets quite amusing when you have a female character talking in christoff's voice brandeshing a chain gun in the middle of medieval prague.

    Re: Vampire the Masquerade: Redemption

It uses a heavily modified Quake 2 engine and is a lot closer to the PnP game than bloodlines. The multiplayer is one of the best features, it has a "story teller" mode which is not unlike the dungeon master feature you get in NWN.

I'm not sure where you'd get a copy now, probably a 2nd hand store unless one of the digital retailers have picked it up?
