    Borderlands (PS3//XBOX//PC)

*sorry if i missed a thread about this*

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borderlands_(video_game)
does anyone one else thing this could be a really good game?
i don't know too much about it just from a friend who i got back onto console from WoW and surprisingly the 1st thing he found was an RPG.
i watched a few video's last night and like the whole 'drop-in drop-out' element of the multiplayer on Co-op, where your saved char will still retain quest items, weapons, armor ect when you revert back to single player. i haven't played a lot of fallout so i cant really compare the rpg aspect but i will be having a good go at this! (should set up the playtime right into Modern Warfare's release date lap! )

    Re: Borderlands (PS3//XBOX//PC)

Yes but not buying until I try the demo.... which they won't release until after it hits shops.

I'm a little anxious about if it works or not, similar to Hellgate London with an FPS RPG

I'm quite looking forward to it, like the art direction they took. I think its going to sort of similar to Fallout 3 but a bit brighter.

Really looking forward to this too, gonna pre-order it from shopto. Release dates are a bit unfair to us UK PC gamers though.

    Re: Borderlands (PS3//XBOX//PC)

I have it pre-ordered on Steam, and I love the Animé-ish look to it... but will it just be overshadowed by L4D in the online co-op stakes? I think so personally.

Cant get on with the 'comic book' look, still i have this coming for free so i'll try it out. Millions of guns, that and co-op are the best bits.

    Re: Borderlands (PS3//XBOX//PC)

It seems completely different from the first trailer they released advertising it. I thought it was gonna be a pretty serious game, but it does look pretty arcadey to me.
