Interesting to read THQ's Danny Bilson comments....

Would appear finance wise they sticking to budget if 1 million subscribers enough to make this viable. Watching the trailer almost looks like wow over imposed with 40K themed graphics.

Despite not being a fan of mmo's, i think the 40k franchise (despite having spent early youth working for GW ) is great and may have to take a look at this if it works out well.

Aye, I spotted some new stuff on RockPaperShotgun the other day which made me grin like... something that grins a lot. It's one of 2 games that I know I *will* be buying on release, regardless of reviews. I'm a sucker for this kinda stuff


The target of a million is sensible - any MMO setting themselves up as a WOW killer is on a hiding to nothing.

The problem that WAR had was essentially that it was forced out before it was ready, and the crappy support that GOA provided to the Euro servers. Given that this is a different dev team and publisher I'd like to think that it can avoid the problems that WAR, AoC and quite a few others had at launch.
