I played this for a while last year, decent enough game, playing WoW now though. Seemed to be quite lacking with the amount of players though. Might take a look in a few weeks and see how many players there are. Could be ok just to take a break from Wow!
Wonder if my character is still available as couldn't be chewed to go through what I had again!
Ah man.. was just about to register for this but yea as mentioned EU version is not free to play. According to http://www.incgamers.com/News/25113/...ayed-in-europe it looks like there is no firm date of when the EU version will be free. I suppose we can sign up to the 30 day trial.
Ah i see, i think they've extended the trial instead of releasing the EU free to play version. Will wait until the EU version appears now then.
I dont care for MMOs and yet I always find myself playing the old 7 day trials or so and I will say LOTRO was the only one I found myself enjoying
The EU version hasnt launched yet supposedly due to all the problems the US servers have had. Items dissapearing, VIP members queuing to get in etc.
Also its looking like they are going to intergrate the EU and US website so its a single login, which will give EU members access to things like my LOTRO and a generally better service.
People are currently banding about the end of the month for F2P to hit EU
Oh well, think i'll return to D&D Online for now...add me (Andyroo Thor) if anyone wants to join me for a game sometime.
