Can someone explain to me how to join friends in an online game? Just got COD: black ops and so have a few mates. Problem is I can't seem to join them, when they send an invite to me as it will say 'session no longer available' (or something like that). Thing is they are in a game and I can see them there. Should I set up a party? No idea what or how to do it.
+ When I try to join a party it says it can't connect
It's possible your NAT is strict, run the Xbox live connection testy thing and see what it says.

In Black Ops I can press Y to see friends playing but the 'join session' is dark so can't select it
Its just teething problems - my brother was getting the same thing before.

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Did the test again on the xbox and all ok no message to sat my NAT is moderate or anything. Watched a video on youtube which went through it which placed the xbox outside the NAT, but I don't need to do that as the xbox test is all ok. As I said no message or anything.
So my NAT is open if the network test goes ok with no message? Do I need to set my xbxo outside the NAT? Even though as far as I can tell its open. After a while I can join friends who are playing, maybe because someone has left the server?Originally Posted by Terbinator
