1.6GB, same as the 360 MP demo, only difference is one of the maps is different.
Not sure if there is a steam version of the demo.

Thanks. Not much I can do till I get home though.
Society's to blame,
Or possibly Atari.
Looking at peoples impressions, its a straight console rip, the ultra settings on the graphics apparently do nothing to improve the textures. Not really fussed in the online side of this, will probably play the single player, grabbing the demo to see if the PC can handle it alright![]()
Thanks for this. Funnily enough I was just having a blast on Crysis (1) this morning, still quite enjoy the game.

Need the wait until after work before playing this, got it downloaded and on the usb stick ready, fingers crossed its not as bad as all the first impressions seem to be giving it xD
I can't try this until I get home, but initial reports say that before the menu there's a "Press Start to continue" screen - That's right, before even reaching the menu there's a console controller reference. Also aim assist is on by default in a multiplayer demo - flat out cheating in multiplayer imho. Have an option for aim assist in singleplayer maybe, but it should be disabled permanently for multiplayer.
All in all looking like a straight console port so far![]()
What a poor start - Windows Firewall auto-blocks the program. The same program which naturally hangs until it connects to the server, and the Windows key is disabled, so you have to Ctrl-Alt-Del to Task Manager to allow Firewall. And then the game hangs whilst you try to create an account (cant play without one), and 5 minutes of waiting for this was enough for me to terminate the game.
Poor.

You aren't missing much, its like CoD with armour and crysis suits.
Single Player is what I am waiting for, not fussed on the MP side of it at all. It's just another generic run and gun FPS.
Mine has been "creating account" for 5 minutes.

YEs there is a press start to continue and if you happen to have awired xbox controller plugged into your pc it will start vibrating at various points in game.
It does look ok but am not impressed as i'd probably only play single player anyway
