    Is this worth it?

Basically, Game are doing a deal which means I can get Elder Scrolls 5th Anniversary pack (which Inc all DLC) and the Witcher Enhanced Edition for 20 quid on PC. I played Elder Scrolls on the 360 and loved it but didn't get any DLC and have never played the Witcher (although I have the 2nd one to install) so was wondering whether people thought it was worth £20 of my hard earned cash?

    Cheers guys!

    Re: Is this worth it?

The Witcher 2 is certainly worth 20 quid on its own and hasn't been discounted much since release - the odd steam or weekend special at most. Oblivion is a bit stale now, but at least the PC version gets you access to mods, which make it even better.

EDIT: oops, not the witcher 2 - the first one. In that case, while it's worth it in terms of game content, it's a rip off in terms of value You could buy it for £3.25 or so the other day.

So no, not worth it overall. Go buy the Witcher EE anyway (http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/the_witcher)

    Re: Is this worth it?

I'll just add that if you buy a regular edition of The Witcher, you can upgrade it to the Enhanced Edition for free by registering on the officials forums - they have the links for all the downloads required. If you opt for a Digital Download version, depending on which country/region version they give you it may have some censorship - again this can be removed by registering on the official forums and following the links they have.

    Re: Is this worth it?

Is the GOG one censored? You don't get a registration key with that so you can't register on the official forums, and it let me download patches 1.4 and 1.5...
But I will not have any censorship. No siree.

    No, it's not.

The only censored version is the very original non EE US retail release. You can't buy that one anymore even.
