What video game has the most accurate depiction of New York?

I've seen a lot of open world games that have tried to replicate the city. Most of them make a sort of fake New York. I was wondering if there is a game where you really feel as if you are walking through today's new york. The closest I've found is Mafia 2.

I played Real Life™ back in May this year... that was quite an accurate depiction, really felt like you were there

On a serious note, there are a few mods for GTA IV that aim to replicate NYC...

Take for example Gionights's Best ENB Final

Prototype is pretty good, I found it can start getting a little tedious towards the end though. It is a fun sandbox though, you can forget about missions and just go creating havoc if you want in the various different locations. I jumped in a tank at one point and just drove about running creatures and enemies over, good way to sight see as a tank can take a fair bit of damage!
