Think I can persuade Halo to run on my PC????
It's pretty low spec but i'd love to try it out.
I guess I can try it and if it dosn't I can wait for my homemade PC to be done. Though I dunno if a decent graphics card is in my budget.

What's the spec?
"Well, there was your Uncle Tiberius who died wrapped in cabbage leaves but we assumed that was a freak accident."
Going to need to know your specs first... But unfortunately Gearbox didn't do a particularly efficient conversion, so you do need a reasonable system to play it. I'm sure things have improved with patches, but I couldn't tell you how much.Originally Posted by OwenTMoL
then somethings up with your comp, runs fine on mine, 512mb ram and 2500+ @ 2Ghz.

it wasnt bad at all it was running smooth apart from when there was very large explosions but otherwise fine!
Its rubbish on PC anyway,
NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, GBA, DS, PSone, PS2, PSP, PS3 60gb, XBOX, XBOX 360, Master System, Game Gear, Mega Drive, Saturn, Dreamcast, PC Engine, Neo Geo CD
yeah, but cheaper than me buying axbox
apprently you dont get things like the planes on the xbox, that right?
Pirates = Win.
no its better on pc apart from the co-op missing which i was very annoyed about
u can get about 5 new weapons on pc and planes and lots more vehicles
warthogs with rocket launchers and stuff
I can't believe I'm asking this but
What are the chances of getting halo running on an MX 4000
"If you don't have an anti-static wrist strap you can discharge your self by touching the metal edges of your ATX case, although this is not recommended."
Building a PC!
Components So Far:
XFX Geforce MX 4000 128mb
"SumEvision" (Who the hell are they) Multi channel PCI Sound card.
Standard 56K Modem that I'll probably never use.
Case with a bit missing but it's only superficial.
(God this PC is turning into a joke. )
I managed to get Halo running alright on my old Geforce 2 MX400, decent framerates.Originally Posted by OwenTMoL

That's cool.
So all I need to know now is what GeForce my MX 4000 is.
It dosn't say on the box.
Any tips?
