    Re: Skyrim.. pc or ps3

Go for the PC version. There are some serious fundamental issues with the engine running on PS3 (Same issues showed up in Fallout 3 & also New Vegas)

Basically what happens is that when your save reaches around the 12 Mb mark you start getting lag which makes the frames drop to below 20 FPS. Bethesda have yet to find a way to fix this issue, if you look around the net for Rimlag (ooooerrrr!! ) you will see threads popping up about the PS3 versaion of the game.

On a plus side for the PC version on top of visuals & mods, Amazon have it for £25 with free delivery at the moment. Cant go wrong in all honesty.

DEFINATELY go for the PC version.

Yup PC. No brainer for this one. It's £20 at Game, but out of stock online and not sure the offer applies in store.

    Yeah definately PC.

The Creation Kit will be released in January and then come the proper mods and the game becomes even better.

PC. You get the option to use from the plethora of user mods and don't have to worry about the slowdown issue affecting PS3 users after many hours of gameplay.

Has to be PC if your system is up to it, mainly for the mods side of things!

PC. My friend Drew hasn't touched Skyrim on his PlayStation 3 in ages since it's still pretty unplayable according to him and he loves the crap out of Bethesda.

    Really ?

    didnt know that.

Now it looks like ive found a way i can play these games thats generally compatible with most games - unlike macros for the pc - been possibly interested in picking up a PS3 for skyrim , the Witcher 2 and alan wake to see how this Eagle Eye Converter fares .

Does Xbox have this same issue ,or is it just the relatively worse graphics thats the main the problem with it ?

Xbox is generally the better copy and never had the isue although the most recent patch has fixed the issue on Skyrim PS3.

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

PC will look better, the sofa near the PS3 will be more comfortable and have a table for beer/crisps.
