Pixelcage are making the game I always wanted

    Space combat and FPS combined.

I'm really going to enjoy resolving disputes face to face with a rocket launcher. Sneaking through docking bay security and hijack the odd ship would be nice.

I'd say that'd be the best game ever however I played Shadows of the Empire.

Oh... so they have but it looks like it needs doing again in a less linear style. Space is something that needs to be explored not just a backdrop for some scripted space combat sequences IMO. Not everyone is going to want to play as Mace Griffin the stero typical rambo dude so please lets have some choice of characters and varied styles of play to the FPS side of things.

Not sure I will even try the demo but interesting non the less.

    Not out till 2006 though...

...which probably explains why the trailer looks a wee bit choppy - look out for the guy running through the corridor bit, reminds me of something I did during my 3D Animation class at uni....

    OMG! 100k interiors??

Ths looks like one to keep a close eye on, but i'd be wary- usually the bigger the claims at the start, the less promises are kept- just look at Soldner: Secret Wars. Sometimes it's better to have them working on 5k ship instead when it ensures the developers spend more time polishing the rest of the game instead of releasing an unfinished copy and spending another year patching crucial problems that shouldn't be there..
