True Combat is a mod for quake3 and I've been playing it for about 5 months so far. If you've got a copy of q3 give it a try. It's a nice counter-strike or other FPS replacement and it's based on realism, but only a certain kind of realism that makes this game more superior and unique. Check out http://truecombat.com
