To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.

definately DVDs, as long as it works right not like the UT2k3 DVDhash. DVDs are faster than CDs (?) and you dont have to keep swapping disc after disc..
I dont like sig pics so i turn off sigs Which doesnt help when i dont know what ive written here! DOH!

Have to agree with everyone, DVD's all the way. I mean, sometimes if its something like LO:MAC which is on a cd, thats fine, but Ut2004, 6 cds, you gotta be outta your mind!

1 CD is fine, 2 is just about OK. Any more then no...

I think the main reason why they tend not to put them on DVDs is the cost of the discs not that consumers don't have DVD drives...

Got to vote for dvd's. A dvd reader is only about £20 and if you cant fford one then your probably not going to be using your pc for the latest dvd games so i think the move is justified.

The major problem with DVDs being used as storage is that to do both is massively expensive (2 gold-masters) and at the moment there is very few retailier willing to sell dvd only games. It is a bit silly to think that anyone with the box to run doom3 wont have access to a 10quid dvd drive though..
