EA account hacked... solutions?

Was at work and saw an email saying my EA email address had be successfully changed to some random yahoo.fr account... obviously account has been hijacked, still unsure how as the password was a 10 character (mix of numbers letters) and has never been used elsewhere, neither has it been given out at anytime, was in the process of changing alot of my passwords so its a bit annoying as this was another on my list .

I cant find a way to get help on this as EA website requires you to be signed in to make a ticket... very flawed as i cant access my account and i cant find any live chat thing like there normally is, as i cant call them now i thought best to ask if anyone knows altertive ways to regain access? e.g. does ea have a support address so i can send it from the original email account?

Any helps appreciated, annoying situation to say the least!.

edit: EA responded same day and sorted it immediately, great stuff (makes a change?!).
