I'm just wondering you see. I use Up, Down, Left, Right. I find it easier and I'm more used to it that way![]()

WASD for FPSs, although i did used to use the original Quake method up until the last year or so.
The original quake method being, mouselook with LMB for walk forward, RMB for walk backward, CTRL fires and SPC jumps
although to be honest i play more racing sims than anything else, so its sequestial shift for GPL/GTR and paddle shifters for GP4![]()
Cos i have big hands like Jcb shovels, i use E,A,D,G, interesting to see if anyone else uses it also. WASD is too close together for me.
I use a mouse left handed, so up/down/left/right is the most natural way to do it.
Raa man, thats well uncomfortable. How can you do that?Originally Posted by 0iD
Your middle finger must be shorter than average...
WASD here, easier to hit the other keys for quick weapon change etc.
RMB, S,D,F
RMB for forward frees up left hand for tea drinking or scratching a lot of the time. Try it, you'll love it.
S,D,F coz A and G can then be used for leaning in a natural place, or for other things.
And then E is use and is in the centre.
Tough on mirrors, tough on the causes of mirrors.
WASD. For FPS at least.
Same as Vaul. Its the only natural way of doing things if your right handed with a mouse. For me atleast.
I use the default keys on every FPS. Which means WASD for pretty much everything days.
I prefer defaults because when I go around to mates' houses, I can borrow a PC - set the key bindings back to default and I'm rocking. Of course, I often get shouted at for messing up someone else's intricate key bindings, but Hey!![]()
WASD
Shift to walk
Space to jump
Left ctrl for crouch
Mouse in the left hand
Pwnage tbh![]()
mouse 0 - 10...I play with one hand ever since I spiled koolaid on my keyboard!
