War for the Overworld (Peter Molyneux endorsed Dungeon Keeper 3)

Sure other Dungeon Keeper players will be happy with this news. Fans will probably remember that the 3rd instalment (Dungeon Keeper 3:War for the Overworld) was cancelled but its now been resurrected by another developer under the kickstarter initiative and has already made its target ( a couple of days ago)

Its officially endorsed by Peter Molyneux as the spiritual successor to Dungeon Keeper 1 and 2 and looks really promising. Check out some of the early trailers here.. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/...-the-overworld

and also a downloadable demo (windows/linux/mac) from here https://wftogame.com/demo

Even though its a very early alpha demo it certainly brings some memories back

Loved Dungeon Keeper - fingers crossed this is a worthy successor.

I saw the kickstarter for this, but had no idea there was a demo avaliable

Hopefully there's more there than what was shown in the first look pre alpha that I saw on youtube by TotalBiscuit, enough to have some fun at least.

I downloaded the demo (tried both the Linux & Win versions for good measure) and it seems very much like I remember Dungeon Keeper (as in too much)... tho it does look like it's be a cheap game so you get what you pay for I guess!

You need to pledge £10 to get access.

Obviously anyone supplying their password to you would be breaking the terms and conditions, as well as defeating the ethos of the kickstarter project.
